Function Description

Auto control the temperature, maximizing the personal requirement.

  The electrical temperature sensing valve is installed on the pipeline of vapor, the user can set the temperature at any time with the different demands. The temperature transducer is set at the outlet conduit of the heat exchanger, the transducer passes the temperature signal to the PLC-VE, the electrical control valve will control the inlet steam to adjust the temperature timely to meet the different users’ personal satisfaction.

 The pressure of the steam at working condition should be same as the designed one (or requested by the users)and be kept steady, the variance  should not be more than 10%. Poor running condition: when the pressure is lower, the steam volume is not sufficient, the electrical temperature sensing valve will be kept in the “On” status, the supplying water temperature can not reach the set temperature; if the pressure is too high, the electrical temperature sensing valve will be at the status of suddenly “On” or suddenly “Off”.

 Take control of the flow, the volume of the water supplying is quite steady.

  The self-acting flow control valve is installed on the tap water pipeline, it is easy to set the water flow which is to be heated up according to the user’s (system’s) needs, to ensure the stable inlet water volume at a certain range of the pressure variety (±15%).

To start up or switch off the unit with ultra wincleaner, easy and convenient.

 FM-DDQ is installed one each on the tap water pipeline and vapor pipeline, when the hot water is requested, what needs to do is only to press the button of “start-up”, the monitor will direct the FM-DDQ to start up in accordance with the specified procedure, the unit start to work; when shutdown the system, to press the button of “switch off”, the unit stop running.

Recognize the water tank’s liquid level, automatically execute with the intelligence computerization.

In the control cabinet there is one system which automatically recognize and control the liquid level, to monitor the system’s “on” and “off” according to the liquid level. When the water tank shows “low”, it means water replenishing is necessary, the temperature transmitter will take the signal to the control system, FM-DDQ starts up, hot water starts to supply; contra verse, when the water tank shows “high”, it means stopping water replenishing, FM-DDQ switches off, the control system stop water supply.  

 To be emphasized: if it’s full-automatic, the vapor and water must be ensured in 24 hours, pressure to be stable accordingly.

 Excess temperature alarming + switch on/off by pressure detection, function without any worries.

When the heating temperature is excess, the temperature transmitter takes the signal to the control system, annunciator alarms, simultaneously shut down the water-vapor FM-DDQ,  then resume to work after visual check up. When the vapor pressure is low, the pressure transmitter passes the signal to the control system, to instruct the system to close down. The system will resume to work after visual examination.

 Dynamic display system will monitor the variety of the pressure, temperature and the liquid level of the water tank, timely monitor is guaranteed.  

 Water supplying pipeline has mated temperature transmitter, the vapor and tap water pipeline has the pressure transmitter, the water tank is equipped with the liquid level conductor, the information of the pressure, temperature and the liquid level are displaying always on the digital monitor of the control cabinet, so that it’s convenient for the operation staff to learn the running status.
